The Yellow Switch Palace level in Super Mario World starts off with a large empty room, which becomes completely filled with coins once Mario presses a P-Switch. However, the switch’s timer runs out way before it is possible to collect every coin, leading to many players perceiving this as unsatisfying.
Due to an oversight in the code, Yoshi can eat a P-Switch a few frames after it has been pressed, and it will be reset to its original state when it is spat out. Using this to press the switch several times, it is in fact possible to completely clear the room of all coins, as shown in the footage.
